This is wellness for creative people.
Inspired by the video games of our childhood and Jungian Psychotherapy, Heartability has built a set of interactive resources that bridge the gap between the scientific, the philosophical, and the spiritual worlds.
Its time to check in with your heart and see if you are on course to reaching your goals. If not, we can help you get back on track. There is no right way to play the games at Heartability, but this is the course we recommend:
Self Care Bingo
Every video game has a health meter. This is a way to assess your own — is your cup empty or full? You don’t need to fill every square, but consider what columns need more attention to create a more balanced board. When you start filling your inventory, you might take extra resources in areas that are more difficult for you to fulfill.

Build a Treasure Map
Life is full of twists and turns and unexpected side quests. If you are forging your own path, you might find yourself occasionally feeling lost or unsure of which way to move forward.
By building a map, you give yourself context to the greater mission at hand and a chance to mentally prepare for the big boss battles that will appear as you approach your destination. There is nothing wrong with an aimless adventure, but even then a map will keep you from getting dangerously lost.

Visit the Library
If you feel directionless or overwhelmed with options, finding a story that reminds you of your own can help you make a decision. You don’t have to find the perfect book, even one you disagree with will tell you something about where to go. Trust your intuition when it shares it’s opinion.

Fill your Inventory
The wellness industry is constantly fighting over what product will change your life, but any product can change your life if it is the right one at the right time.
Learning how to assess your personal needs and apply the correct solution is no different than mastering a video game. You read the health bar and the fill the empty spaces until you have enough to move forward. Too often humans expect their bodies to run on empty. Burnout is not a sign of weakness, it is a fact of life.

Build a Character
You contain multitudes. We usually try to be the best selves but this changes based on the environment. Visiting the character builder can help you identify what traits to call forward based on the landscape ahead.

Find support
You don’t have to do it alone anymore! Join our discord community and share your dreams to amplify them with collective vision of the kind of world we want to see flourish (one where people’s dreams come true). Remember: Perfection is impossible. Trying is the key to success.
If navigating your dreams feels too overwhelming to tackle personally, reach out for help! During a 1:1 session* we will explore the Library and Toolshed and guide you to resources that might be of use based on the goals presented. Not sure what your goals are? Great, we can start there too.
